Welcome to netherlee farmshop, and thanks for stopping by! We are a small honeybee apiary and producer of handcrafted goods located in the Appalachian Highlands of North Carolina.
Our bee yards are located within the northern extent of Pisgah National Forest and offer a unique and diverse nectar forage area* for our honeybees whose flight path could easily take them to the Watauga River at 2400-feet elevation or above the NC-TN ridgeline at more than 4000-feet. Within their flight path radius, our bucolic woodland setting provides our bees with natural springs and an abundance of nectar-rich forestland that allows them to produce an exceptionally pure, high-elevation honey.
