Our local Sourwood honey is the second harvest sourced from our mountain hives. This light, sweet honey with a warm spiced flavor is primarily from nectar taken from the sourwood tree. Although sourwood trees exist throughout eastern forests, factors for honey production only exist along the Southern Appalachian Mountain region. Please note that glass bottles are for local purchase or pickup only. However, shipping is available in our squeezable plastic bottles.
